The official availability date for Passar 1.0 is still 1 June 2023. Due to the State Contract on the Common Transit Procedure with the EU, the definitive replacement of the current customs procedures e-dec Export and NCTS must be implemented by 1 December 2023. According to the latest information from the FCA, the replacement of e-dec Import will probably not take place before 1.1.2025. Further details are currently not known.
Passar is the new goods traffic system of the FCA implemented as part of the customs project Dazit and will replace the current e-dec and NCTS systems. It handles the entire customs clearance process from declaration to assessment decision, including control of the goods process at the border.
