The FOCBS has now announced further dates for the launch of Passar. The new goods movement system will go live as planned on June 1, 2023. However, the changeover will take place in several stages.
In the first phase, the migration from NCTS to Passar will take place between June 1 and October 31, 2023. In response to industry concerns, the FOCBS has decided to extend the migration phase from E-dec Export to Passar by an additional year. The transition will start on October 1, 2023 and must be completed by June 30, 2025 at the latest.
