On 29 October 2019, the Swiss Shippers Council's Foreign Trade & Customs Conference took place at the Mövenpick Hotel Zurich Airport in Glattbrugg. Approximately 70 participants from the forwarding and loading industry attended.
This year's event was entitled "Goods traffic without customs barriers! DaziT and the revision of the customs law will simplify goods traffic. Take part now!".
Jürg Zellmeyer, SISA Product Manager Declare-it, made a presentation on the extent to which it makes sense for industry and trading companies to clear customs themselves.
