Authorised consignee
The Authorised Consignee can make the import customs declaration at a place approved by the FCA which is usually the company's domicile. Any inspections are carried out at the approved place.
The procedure is defined individually for each Authorised Consignee in an acceptance report and serves as the basis for granting the authorisation.
